The View Ridge Community Council (VRCC) had its beginnings during the 1930s. The council was formed to create a sense of belonging and security for a fledgling community and has grown over the years to an organization of over 1800 residents addressing any and all needs of the community. The VRCC currently serves households situated between Sand Point Way on the East, 40th Avenue NE on the West, NE 65th Street on the South, and NE 75th Street on the North. It also includes the area known as Aviation Heights.
