The VRCC has been working hard on pedestrian safety and are continually looking to keep our neighbors safe.
A concerned View Ridge resident, Elaine, contacted the council for help with the flashing school zone sign on NE 75th St & 47th Ave NE.
The ‘flashing’ lights were only working in one direction.
The council was able to forward Elaine’s concern to our SDOT, Safe Routes to School representative and their SDOT crew had the burnt out light replaced within a week!
